Located in the Gold Coast's northern growth corridor, the site was granted Preliminary Approval for Residential (mix of lot types) and Commercial Uses in 2009.

The development will ultimately have a Community Management Scheme (CMS) with public access and roads, and will contain a central community area open to the general public, with private amenities for the residents of Arrowtown.

It is anticipated that Stage 1 comprising 146 lots (310m2 – 640m2) will obtain Reconfiguring a Lot approval in the first half of 2011.

Mortons – Urban Solutions has been engaged as Project Engineer to design the changes to ground level and engineering documentation for Stage 1 of the development and to review overall earthworks design for the whole of the site. Mortons - Urban Solutions has also been engaged to review the development costs for LM Investment's feasibilities.
