Mortons – Urban Solutions were commissioned by Warner Bros. Village Roadshow Sunshine Coast Pty Ltd as the Civil Engineers and Servicing Coordinators for this development.

The project, being a water theme park required extensive analysis of the water balance for the site.

Mortons – Urban Solutions provided detailed civil design including surface modeling and provision of services for the development, including fire fighting and recycled water supplies.

The surface modeling included extensive reshaping of the existing dam to provide sufficient water supply. A design tin was provided which accommodated the irregular shape and size of the theme park rides.

As coordinators of the specialist sub consultants, Mortons – Urban Solutions helped link the environmental objectives of the development into the engineering design and to promote appropriate construction techniques.
