Located to the west of the Bruce Highway in Dakabin, North Brisbane this 17Ha parcel of land will comprise 274 product.

Mortons – Urban Solutions were engaged by Villawood Properties to complete the changes to ground level for the entire site and detailed civil engineering for the eastern part of the site.

In obtaining the development approvals for the site, Mortons – Urban Solutions worked closely with the local authority, Moreton Bay Regional Council to overcome engineering and overall planning issues. Mortons – Urban Solutions supported the planners and provided necessary input to ensure changes from the western part of the site from retirement living to traditional residential.

The project will include a mix of detached lots, duplexes and townhouse sites upon completion.
