Flinders Grove is a large land holding of 3,934 hectares.

Mortons - Urban Solutions has been working with the landowners for a number of years in a strategic land use planning capacity and is the lead consultant for the project.

Flinders Grove is in close proximity to a developing urban growth area of Flagstone and is located partly within Logan City Council’s Greater Flagstone Structure Plan. Flagstone has been identified as a Major Regional Activity Centre and has been identified as a city to accommodate 120,000 to 130,000 people within the South Western Corridor of Logan City Council.

Mortons - Urban Solutions has assisted with the coordination of a Vision Workshop for the master planning process in conjunction with Urban Designers and Architects for the Undullah New Township concept.

Mortons - Urban Solutions is working collaboratively with Logan City Council, the landowners and the consultant team regarding the future land use capabilities for the site.
