Kings Forest Development is proposed to be one of the largest residential projects on the east coast. This Masterplanned Community will incorporate a mix of residential detached, small lot and attached dwellings, a town centre, community facilities and commercial land. Located in lush Northern NSW, the development will consist of an 18 hole Golf Course, 20Ha of structured Open Space and protected environmental areas. An anticipated yield of 4,500 tenements is proposed.

Mortons – Urban Solutions were engaged by Leda Developments to provide engineering services for the State Government’s Project Application.

The key deliverables for Mortons – Urban Solutions on this project include:

• Overall Bulk Earthwork Strategy and Flood Storage Analysis;
• Overall Water and Sewer Network Analysis;
• Preliminary Engineering of Precinct 5 and Town Centre;
• Engineering of Tweed Coast Road and Entry Road; and
• Design of Stormwater Quality Swales and Basins.
