Monterey Keys is an established waterfront community which commenced in the early 1990’s with the final vacant lots currently for sale. All civil engineering works have been completed for the project.

Mortons-Urban Solutions were involved in the planning, engineering design and civil construction inspection of over 28Ha of waterways and 8Ha of parkland within the estate.

A major feature of the waterway system is the lock and weir system, which was conceptualised, coordinated and supervised by Mortons-Urban Solutions. This weir ensures the water level remains constant throughout the lake, creating ideal views from the many waterfront homes.

Mortons-Urban Solutions designed the Vacuum Sewer System and Pump Station, an innovative approach which reduced sewer construction costs in the poor sub-soil strata.

Potential major environmental constraints were overcome by the coordination and management of approval, design and construction processes.
