The projects makes the most of its natural surroundings by providing wide open spaces with walking trails and retains the distinctive vegetation of the Pimpama River which surrounds the site.

Morton's have been engaged as Project Engineer to provide engineering input throughout the Development Approval process and to manage the Operational Works Approvals, Engineering Design, Contract Administration and On-Site Inspections.

Major infrastructure works associated with the project include the design and construction of 2 bridges, external roads and external trunk water and sewer.

Construction works for the infrastructure and initial stages of the project have commenced and are due for completion in the first half of 2011.
