Rivers Edge (Stage 2) is located in the semi-rural hinterland area of Mooloolah Valley on the Sunshine Coast. The project involves the subdivision of a rural property into an urban residential estate.

Mortons – Urban Solutions were engaged to undertake the detailed civil design and to manage the civil construction.

Mortons – Urban Solutions coordinated the liaison with adjoining landowners to ensure their existing natural features were retained.

The project involved detailed water and erosion control due to the steep nature of the land and the valued received environment.
