'The Haven' formed part of the entry to, and the initial stage of Riverstone Crossing, which has more traditional type residential lots. This property was previously a rural property which contained a hard rock quarry which the clients were looking to develop into a high end residential community with larger style allotments.

Mortons-Urban Solutions were commissioned to oversee the quarry rectification work in preparation for future development.

Mortons-Urban Solutions also assisted the consultancy team in the preparation of the subdivision development application including the preparation of preliminary engineering documentation, water and sewer networks and in the detailed design and construction of the development.
