Located 35kms south of the Brisbane CBD 'Vale' is situated in the highly desirable Greater Brisbane South Corridor and will ultimately deliver in the order of 550-600 lots offering a range of affordable housing solutions.

Morton's are engaged as Project Engineer to manage the Operational Works Approvals, Engineering Design, Contract Administration and On-Site Inspections and has been working collaboratively with Logan City Council and the consultant team to achieve a range of lot types (212m2 - 580m2 in area) and densities to meet market demand whilst still being responsive to the site characteristics.

Part of the engineering design for this project has required consideration of the ultimate water and sewer networks for the catchment and developing a recycled water network.

Construction works for the initial stages of the project will commence in early 2011.
