| At Mortons – Urban Solutions we recognise the importance of balancing work with enjoyment and understand the key to success is creating great teams, both within and external to the business.
Mortons – Urban Solutions has an active social program incorporating external consultants and clients which involves:
- Golf Days;
- Networking Functions (Urban Development Institute of Australia, Property Council of Australia etc); and
- Key Sporting Events (eg attendance at key International Rugby Union and Rugby League Games, Cricket, Race Days etc).
- Fundraising - Movember, Salvation Army
We also promote an environment which supports work life balance. We encourage the participation of staff in corporate sporting events such as the BRW Triathlon, Gold Coast Marathon, Noosa Triathlon Multi Sport Festival, Fun Runs / Walks / Cycling and other relevant events as they arise.
The office also runs a Footy Tipping Competition and encourages people to enjoy their work successes throughout the year by putting on an Annual Christmas Party and Melbourne Cup luncheon in the office.
