Sea Hawk Apartments involved the development of an 8 storey building containing 67 x 1 bedroom apartments adjacent to the Southport Medical Precinct. The unique design and interesting colour scheme were recognised as a landmark building in this part of Southport when construction was completed in 2012.

Mortons Urban Solutions provided town planning advice, obtained the required Council approvals and fulfilled a project coordination role with responsibility for managing all aspects of the project from the site acquisition stage through to the commencement of building construction. In its capacity as Project Engineer, Mortons Urban Solutions also designed and managed the construction of the associated civil engineering components.
