Mortons – Urban Solutions have been engaged by Project 28 Pty Ltd to undertake civil design and project coordination of “Kings Forest” land development at Cudgen, NSW.

Kings Forest is a multi-staged 880 Ha residential development with a total yield of 4,500 residences, commercial and Open Space.

Since 2007, Mortons – Urban Solutions has been involved in various aspects of the project including (but not limited to):

• Preliminary civil design of development pads and associated infrastructure totalling approximately 4,500 lots.
• Liaison with relevant authorities, consultants and stakeholders; and
• Preparation of reports for assessment by State and local government agencies.
